Entrepreneurship

Leveraging Crowdfunding to Empower Low Income Entrepreneurs

I founded and ran a student group at UC Berkeley that was engaged in local economic development within the San Francisco Bay Area.

We connected with low-income entrepreneurs who did not have access to financial capital, and endorsed them for 0% interest loans of upto $5000 on our partner Kiva's crowdfunding platform.

We also created a consulting division to provide free business consulting to our clients.

Aerospace

I am passionate about the future of the aerospace industry:

International Aerospace Summer School (IASS) - In 2008, I was part of Team India at the International Aerospace Summer School at Cranfield University (UK). I worked with other students to gain a comprehensive understanding of flight sytems and aerodynamics.

Airbus - From Oct 2014-Sep 2015 I worked in the Commercial Department at Airbus Defence & Space's HQ in Madrid. In the Summer of 2013, I interned with Airbus Military North America in Mobile, Alabama
